Recall that the role of a brilliant adventurer was invited to Oscar-winning Swede Alicia Vikander. It was her image that attracted the attention of the fans of the video game "Tomb Raider", which appeared on the shelves of stores in the late 90's.
According to the director of the picture, he decided to tell the story of the young Lara, before our eyes the formation of the legendary torturer of tombs will take place.

Its work is to connect the fragments of the past and the future with each other. Despite the fact that I've never played anything like this before, the shooting has brought me a lot of fun. "
Note that the producers of the project were from whom to choose. The role of a black-haired beauty-adventurer claimed completely different, but very popular young actresses: Gemma Arterton, Daisy Ridley, Kara Delevin and Emilia Clark.
