How to choose a portable brazier-suitcase?
The purchase of an unstable barbecue can be justified by the need to take it with you when you go on a picnic in the forest or to the river. It has compact dimensions and light weight, which makes it easy to fit into the trunk of the car and can accompany you everywhere.
A wide range of such models can meet any need: in this or that number of skewers, the price ratio and the size in the assembled state. But there are moments that need to be paid attention to not to lose:
- It is important that the size and depth of the brazier itself is sufficient, otherwise the food will be charred from excessive proximity to heat. Optimum, that from skewers to the bottom was 15 cm
