Fashion for women's cinema is gaining momentum. Young and very promising Swedish star Alicia Vikander decided to try herself as a producer. Her first tape in this hypostasis is called "Euphoria".
The director's chair on the project was taken by the Swedish director Lisa Langset. Starring will be the legendary Charlotte Rampling, super-sexy Eva Green and Alicia Vikander herself.
Note that the production company of the girl, which is called Vikarious Production, is designed to help women find their place in the complex world of cinematography. This is how the ambitious Scandinavian sounded her mission.
Successful year
It is worth paying tribute to: Alicia Vikander literally broke into the world of big cinema. She received an Oscar for a supporting role in the film "Girl from Denmark", took a place next to the main character in the film "Jason Bourne" and even pressed the great Angelina Jolie! It is Vikander who will play the role of Lara Croft in the continuation of the popular fantastic action movie.
But, it seems, the girl has few of these successes and now she wants to work hard and on the producer field.
What is the "Euphoria" about?
The film of Mrs. Langset (Hollywood debutante, well known in her native Sweden) is being announced as a family drama. Two sisters (played by Green and Wickander) are found after a long separation. Women have to make a difficult and long journey. Here, only it is not yet clear who in this movie will be portrayed by Charlotte Rampling.
