At all times there were children who were very different from the bulk of their peers. They still amaze the minds of the townsfolk and the learned world. They admire, bow before them, envy them. But is it really that good to be a child prodigy? And who is destined to become one?
There was even a special science studying the phenomenon of child prodigies - eugenics. Its founders believed that if the gifted children were child prodigies, the genes would be responsible. And, in order to give birth to a child prodigy, both parents should possess an ideal genetic heredity, that is, not having alcoholics, thieves, or other antisocials in the family.
In fact, it turned out that the genes have nothing to do with it. The reason why children become child prodigies is the violation of the ratio of hormone levels in a child. Due to this, the nervous system of such children ripens much earlier than in peers. And accordingly the development of various skills is accelerated. Mostly in mental development, geeks are ahead of their peers.
In the last decade, an increasing number of small child prodigies are born. But not necessarily all geeks will later become geniuses. Only a few. Such as Beethoven and Chopin, Pushkin and Lermontov.
Now many parents are wondering how to give birth, grow and educate a child prodigy. Adults tend to see in their child giftedness. And to help them ubiquitously open various schools of early development, in them children are taught various wisdom of life, foreign languages literally from the cradle. Some even try to teach how to become a child prodigy.
The problems of children-geeks

Never the same media say about how many geeks live. And 50% of them live not for long. Someone commits suicide without bearing oblivion, someone ends up living in a hospital bed in a psychiatric hospital. And very few people manage to adapt to ordinary life, to have a family, children.
Do not try to grow a miracle child from your baby. Love him as he is. Let your efforts, he will grow up a comprehensively developed child, and this will help him in the future, in adulthood.
