  1.   3. Often check the eyes of the oculist - developing nearsightedness can also affect the posture - the baby leans toward textbooks and notebooks to see what is written - and bends the back.
  4. The duration of studies is also worth controlling. 45 minutes of work - a minimum of 15 minutes break. It is better if the child will perform physical exercises at this time. It is important during the day to allocate time for outdoor walks and active, lively games.

Gymnastics for proper posture

Here are examples of exercises for the posture of schoolchildren - warm-up and lifting the load from the back, which even babies can easily perform on their own.

  1. Standing against the wall, press her buttocks, shoulder blades and heels to her. Dilute hands at shoulder level, slide them on the wall, palms forward, the muscles of the back and arms are tense. Relax, put your hands down.
  2. Lie on your stomach, hands and feet stretch along the body. At the same time, raise your arms and legs up, caving in the lower back, leaning on the chest, abdomen and pelvis. Hold for a short while in this position, return to the starting position.
  3. Lying on his back to raise his legs at 45˚, twist the pedals of a bicycle. Make 10 rotations, then lower your legs to the floor, 5 seconds - rest. Repeat 10 times.
