Spread the cottage cheese in a bowl, add to it an egg, sugar and a pinch of salt. Orange gently clean and three peel on a fine grater. And from the pulp squeezes out the juice, which is then poured into the rest of the ingredients. There we send orange zest and sifted flour. Stir well the dough, and then beat it with a blender. Thanks to this procedure, the dough will acquire an airy consistency. After that, we form syrniki, roll them in flour and fry on refined vegetable oil on both sides. We clear half of the orange from the peel and chop it with a small grater. Squeeze out 20 ml of orange juice. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, vanilla sugar, egg and sugar. Add the juice and orange peel. Gradually introduce flour and knead the dough. And then we do it as it is more convenient: you can simply roll the pieces of cheese cakes in the form of balls, which then need to be flattened with a fork. And you can form a sausage from the dough and then cut it in portions. We spread the cheese curds on a heated frying pan and on moderate fire fry until golden on both sides.

Orange is good for mine and we remove peel from it. From the pulp squeezes out the juice. We pour into it a mango, mix it and leave it to swell. In a separate dish we rub cottage cheese with sugar, grated on a fine grater with orange peel and egg. The most convenient way to do this is with a blender. Swollen mango add to the rest of the ingredients. If the dough comes out liquid, add a little flour. We roll balls from the dough, and then we give them a flat shape with a knife. Fry them to a ruddy crust on both sides in vegetable oil. The best addition to the orange syrnikas is sour cream.
