Chebureks on yogurt

Chebureks, cooked on kefir, are obtained more tenderly than on water and remain soft even after cooling.

The recipe for chebureks on kefir is very simple and does not require special efforts for its preparation, and the filling can be either traditional ground beef or any other filling.

In kefir, add salt, drive in eggs and stir with a fork or a whisk. Gradually pour the sifted flour and knead the dense not sticking dough. Leave it for twenty or thirty minutes, with a clean towel.

While the dough is infused, we prepare the filling. Clean and cut into small cubes onions and pawn to stuffing. Add salt, ground black pepper, pour in broth and mix.

We divide the dough into ten parts, each of them is rolled out and superimposed on the center filling, slightly leveling it. We fold the dough layer with the filling in half, roll the edges a little with a rolling pin and cut off with a curly round or usual sharp knife, giving a rounded beautiful shape.

In a large frying pan or in a saucepan, we warm up a sufficient amount of vegetable refined oil and fry the formed chebureks in it for a few minutes on each side until rudeness.

To make the filling, we clean the onion and turn it through the meat grinder along with the minced meat. Add salt, ground black pepper and mix well. On a platter or a wide tray, greased with vegetable oil, lay out the minced meat with a thin layer, previously dividing it into small balls. We get the workpiece in the form of thin meat cakes.

Then mix kefir, egg, salt and flour until homogeneity and heat the frying pan with vegetable oil. The process of frying lazy chebureks is similar to baking pancakes. A tablespoon is poured into the frying pan with very little dough, from above we put one of the cooked meat cakes and pour the same quantity of dough on top. When lazy chebureks get browned on one side, turn them over to the other and fry them too. Baking each side will take about three to four minutes of time.

In kefir, add loose egg and salt, pour in vegetable oil and pour in sifted flour. We knead an elastic, but not too steep dough and let it stand for twenty minutes.

To the minced meat, we add grated onion or finely diced onions, chopped greens and sliced ​​finely or grated hard cheese.

Season to taste with salt, ground black pepper, add water or broth and mix well.

The present dough is divided into parts, of which we will make chebureks. For this we roll out each piece not too thin layer, superimpose the filling, a little, stepping back from the center, and fold it in half. We roll the edges a little with a rolling pin and cut off with a knife.

Fry our chebureks in a sufficient amount of vegetable oil, heated in a frying pan or saucepan.
