- with inflammatory diseases of the paranasal sinuses and nasal cavity, it is necessary to instill 3-5 drops of the drug or insert an impregnated swab into each nasal passage about 6 times a day; the duration of treatment will be about 1 month;
- with inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity for 5-10 days, rinse the mouth with a solution of Derinat 4-6 times a day;
- In severe and dystrophic processes in ophthalmic practice, the drug is instilled in 1-2 drops in the eye 3 times a day for 14-45 days;
- with post-radiation necrosis of the mucous membranes and skin, as well as for long-term healing wounds, frostbites, burns, trophic ulcers, it is advised to apply dressings 3 times a day.
With intramuscular injection, the daily dose of derinata for children up to the age of two years is 0.5 ml, from 2-10 years - from 1 to 4 ml (half a milliliter for each year of life), over 10 years - 5 ml.
