Heads of cauliflower are thoroughly washed and disassembled into small inflorescences. We put them in a saucepan with salted water and wait a little to leave all insects. In a separate enameled bowl, mix water, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, vinegar, bay leaf, pepper and put on a weak fire. Fold the cabbage in a jar, pour boiling marinade and leave to cool. You can also add to the cabbage greens, brushed and chopped carrots. Then we remove it in the refrigerator and the next day this snack can already be served to the table.

If you want to make pickled cauliflower for the winter, then simply roll up the jar with a lid and put it in the cellar.

Cabbage neatly divided into inflorescences. In a small saucepan pour water, salt and bring to a boil. Then we put cabbage and boil for 2 minutes (for this salad you can use ready-made pickled cabbage, it will save your time considerably). Finely chop the onions, parsley and capers. In a bowl, mix the mustard with the vinegar and add a thin trickle of vegetable oil. Add salt, pepper to taste. We put marinated chopped capers, onions, parsley and mix. In a large salad bowl mix cabbage and pour it with sauce. Cover the lid, put in the refrigerator for 3 hours. We serve lettuce only cold.
