Pears lay out in the form, pour them with a batter and put in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. Immediately after that, reduce the heat to 180 degrees and bake the cake for 1 hour. When the taten is ready, remove it from the oven, turn it over and serve it.

Banana Taten

Cut bananas, cut them in half and then cross them. In the baking dish, pour the sugar, lay the butter and fry all together for about 5 minutes, until caramel is obtained. Then put bananas in it and simmer for a couple of minutes until brownish. Remove fruit from fire, sprinkle with cinnamon and orange peel.

Cover the bananas with thawed dough, puncture it with a fork in different places and put in an oven, heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Get the cake, flip it and try it.
