From the very name it is already clear what it consists of: tender mozzarella, spicy dor-blues, fragrant emmental and grated parmesan. Each of them perfectly complements the general flavor bouquet and is an integral part of this Italian dish. So, we sift the flour well, pour dry yeast and spices. Separately warm up a little water, put honey and olive oil in it, mix it. Then we connect the liquid mass with the dry mixture and mix the smooth, non-sticky dough.

Then stretch it in shape and go to the preparation of the filling. For this purpose we take: soft cheese with mold dor-blue, cheese emmental, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Hard cheeses rub on a large teuroechke, a little holding them in the freezer, and mozzarella cut into small thin slices of about 0.5 centimeter thick. Separately in the pial, mix olive oil with Italian herbs and grease the resulting flavorful mixture of dough in the form.

The flour is sifted well through a sieve, sprinkled with sugar, salt and fast-acting yeast. Egg separately beat the mixer to a light foam, we pour olive oil and warm milk to it. Then connect the milk mixture with a dry and quick knead dough for pizza without lumps. As a result, it should turn out to be soft and not stick to your hands.

Next, cover it with a towel and leave it for an hour. We put the finished dough on the table, sprinkled with flour, and we form from it a round cake for a pizza 5-7 millimeters thick. Then we shift the base to the baking sheet covered with baking paper, cover it with olive oil and in several places pierce with a fork.

Then cut into cubes smoked sausage and sprinkle evenly on the entire surface of the dough. All types of cheeses grind with a grater and lay them in layers: first mozzarella, then gorgonzola, emmental and parmesan. After that, lightly take all the layers of the palms and sprinkle the top with your favorite spices to taste.

Then we send pizza to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, setting the temperature at 180 degrees.
