How to cook teriyaki sauce at home?
Ingredients:
- soy sauce - 125 ml;
- sugar cane - 50 g;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon;
- honey liquid - 35 g;
- olive oil - 10 ml;
- myrin - 15 ml;
- purified water - 125 ml;
- starch - 30 g.
Preparation
To prepare teriyaki sauce, we need a teaspoon of grated fresh ginger. Therefore, we will clear a little spicy root and let it pass through the grater until the necessary portion is obtained. Also, we clean the garlic and squeeze it out through the press or also use a shallow grater. Next, dissolve the starch in water, poured into a ladle or saucepan, add soy sauce, olive oil and myrin, lay honey, cane sugar and prepared ginger and garlic.
The container with a spicy mixture is placed on a small fire, warmed, stirring, to a boil and aged for about four to five minutes.
We pour the cooled sauce into a glass container with a lid.
If you do not have myrrh, it can be successfully replaced with wine vinegar or dry wine.
How to cook chicken in teriyaki sauce?
Ingredients:
- fillet of chicken breast - 950 g;
- Teriyaki sauce - 225 ml;
- ginger dried - 0.5 tbsp. spoons;
- olive oil - 50 ml;
- honey flower - 50 g;
- sesame seeds.

The ready chicken is tied with sesame seeds, previously dried in a frying pan, and served with boiled rice.
