Whisk the sugar with the eggs, then add sour cream, salt, soda, vinegar, vanillin, flour and cocoa to them. Stir everything and mix the dough. Pour it into a greased form and put it in a heated oven for 180 minutes for about 30 minutes. Allow the cake to cool and cut it into two pieces.

At this time, make a cream. Sour cream, sugar, cocoa and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil on low heat, stirring constantly. You will get a homogeneous mass. When the cream has cooled down, grease them with cakes and put them in the refrigerator for the night. If desired, you can decorate the cake with nuts or marzipans.
