Meat roll with mushrooms

Meat rolls are a real decoration of any table, although the process of preparing them is very difficult and laborious. But for the sake of such a delicious dish it is worthwhile to stay in the kitchen a few extra hours. Your guests will simply be delighted with the juicy meatloaf stuffed with mushrooms and will immediately require a recipe from you for this unusual and delicious dish.

Consider a simple way how to cook a meatloaf with mushrooms. The meat is washed and well dried with a towel. Then along the whole piece we make a deep incision approximately to half the thickness of the meat. Then cut the pork to the right and left, not cutting through the piece to the end, but leaving small walls. Now gently unfold the meat layer, cover it with food film and beat off. Next, rub it with salt and pepper and put it aside.

After this, go to the preparation of the filling. Mushrooms are sorted, washed and dried. Onions are finely shredded by semirings. We chop the greens with a knife. Garlic is cleaned and let through the press. Cheese is rubbed on a large grating. In a heated frying pan with a small amount of oil, fry to the redness of the mushrooms. In a separate frying pan, let's pass the onion. Now we connect the mushrooms with onions, add salt, pepper to taste and slightly cool the vegetable roast. Add crushed garlic, cheese, greens and mix the mass well. We lay out the mushroom filling on the meat, evenly distributing it and turn off the tight and neat roll, making sure that the whole filling is inside.

After that, we sew the roll with a thread, fix the edges with toothpicks and put it into a well-heated frying pan with butter. We fry it on high fire from all sides, until it is appetizing and ruddy.

Then carefully shift the meat roll with mushrooms into a greased baking tray and send it to the oven for about 1.5 hours. Bake the dish at a temperature of approximately 180 degrees and, as soon as the roll is well browned, cover it with foil and continue baking until ready.

At the end of cooking, carefully remove the foil and a little more brown. We remove the prepared roll carefully from the oven, let it stand, cool for about 15 minutes, and then cut into slices and serve it on the table in hot or chilled form.

So, eggs are pre-boiled in advance, cooled and cleaned of the shell. Fresh spinach washed and laid out on a colander to drain, and frozen - pre-defrost. Garlic is cleaned and finely shredded, or squeezed through the press. Pork is well washed, dried and cut into a rectangular layer with a knife. We cover the meat with a foil and carefully beat it with a hammer.

After that, we remove the film and sprinkle the meat with salt and any spices. Mushrooms are mine, processed, shredded in thin slices. We distribute the chopped spinach in an even layer on the meat, we spread mushrooms from the top and spread the cleaned crushed eggs along one end of the meat layer. We turn everything into a roll and fix the edges with toothpicks.

Now shift it into the mold and put it exactly for 1 hour in the oven, turning the temperature on about 190 degrees. After that, we grease the meatloaf with honey and send it to another one for an hour. Before serving on the table, cut the prepared dish in small slices and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
