We put the hard cheese in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours beforehand. Then, using a sharp knife, cut the cheese into small pieces.

In one bowl we combine the sifted flour with starch, in another we beat the egg with a pinch of salt, and in the third we pour the breadcrumbs. Cheese sticks first roll in flour, then dip into the egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. The latter should be well shaken, so that during the frying the breading does not burn in oil.

We cut the hard cheese into small pieces and place it on the edge of a sheet of rice paper moistened with a wet towel. Fold the rice paper into the roll, tucking the top and bottom edges. In deep-frying, we warm up the vegetable oil and fry the cheese sticks in it to a golden color. Finished sticks should be put on paper towels to absorb excess fat, and then serve hot and sauce to taste. By the way, to the cheese at the time of wrapping in a sheet of rice paper, you can add anything: greens, spices, slices of ham or even sauces.

Mix the butter with eggs and vegetable oil. Add flour, bran, sugar, salt and grated cheese. Mix the dough and form it into a bowl, after which we wrap the bowl with food film and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Oven warm up to 180 degrees. The dough is rolled into a layer about a centimeter thick, after which we cut it into thin long sticks and lay it on a baking sheet coated with parchment. Lubricate the sticks with beaten egg, sprinkle with the remains of grated cheese and cook for 15-20 minutes until light golden color.
