Hard cheese rubbed on a fine grater and mixed with chopped herbs. Add half cream cheese and egg yolk to the mixture.

Red onion grind and fry in vegetable oil until soft. At the end of the cooking, add the spinach greens to the onion and mix. Add the cooled roast in the cheese mixture.

Cheese, not sparing, we spread on one of the edges of the pita bread and tightly wrap the latter in a tube. Cut the roll in half and put it into a greased baking dish. Lubricate the rolls with tomato sauce, top the pieces of cream cheese and bake everything in a preheated to 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.
