We wash the beef pulp, wipe it dry, remove the veins and films and start grinding. To do this, using a sharp knife we ​​cut the meat into thin plates, which in turn are cut into small slices and shredded with small cubes. Then finely chop the beef fat and add to the meat. Then throw the pre-cleaned and finely chopped onion and garlic. Also we drive an egg, we savor mass with salt and ground black pepper and mix well. We knead the minced minced hands, and then beat off several times on the chopping board.

Then we form round cakes not more than one and a half centimeters thick and brown on a pre-heated frying pan with butter on both sides. Fire while maintaining an average level, and if necessary, reduce to a minimum and bring the dish to readiness under the lid.

Fresh beef tenderloin washed, dried, rid of films and lived and cut with a sharp knife as small as possible. Next, seasoned chopped meat with salt, pepper, mash thoroughly with hands for seven minutes and then put in a plastic bag and several times with a force hit the cutting board. Then we form a steak approximately one and a half centimeter thick. Fry it for two minutes on each side in a strongly heated pan at maximum heat, and then transfer it to a baking sheet and determine in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for five minutes.
