Lazy cabbage rolls with rice and cabbage

Collapsing cabbage rolls and preparing leaves is a laborious process. However, there is a simple version of the recipe: lazy cabbage rolls, which are much easier to prepare and do not have to mess around for a long time.

Grated carrots and chopped onion as small as possible, lightly weave in a saucepan, then add minced meat, spices and stew, stirring for about 15 minutes under the lid.

When the meat is half ready, lay the shredded white cabbage (it must first be padded and crushed), as well as a well-washed rice. All poured tomato juice and mix. Stew not more than 20 minutes. We add chopped greens and garlic.

Carrots and onions are comminuted in any convenient way (grater, blender, meat processor, kitchen processor) and mixed with raw minced meat, rice and egg. Shinkin finely and thinly cabbage, with my hands and wait for 10 minutes, then blanching for 5 minutes to become soft. Then drain the water into a colander. Slightly wring out your hands. We add cabbage to ground meat, it should turn out as on cutlets (if it turned out liquid, the consistency can be corrected by adding starch). Season with ground spices and salt.

Form cabbage rolls (preferred shape - like small oblong cutlets) and lightly fry them in a frying pan on both sides.

Next, do not remove the lazy cabbage rolls from the frying pan, if the frying pan is without a handle, or remove it and put it into a greased form. Fill the cabbage rolls with tomato juice and place the pan or frying pan in the oven (about 25 minutes).

Separately we serve garlic-sour cream sauce, and fresh greens. To cabbage rolls is also good to serve fresh vegetables, mushrooms and traditional raznosoly.
