Cheese salad with carrots and garlic
This dish from a cold snack can be easily turned into a hot one by spreading the salad over toast or tartlets and sending it under the grill until the cheese melts.
Ingredients:
- carrots - 420 g;
- hard cheese - 480 g;
- garlic - 3 teeth;
- mayonnaise - 230 g;
- eggs - 3 pcs.
Preparation
After washing the carrots, boil it for no more than 12 minutes to soften it, but it still remains dense, otherwise it will be difficult to rub it. Boil the carrots and clean them after it has cooled. Garlic and merge with mayonnaise. Eggs boil, and after cooling clean and grind. Scrub the cheese. Mix the grated carrots with cheese and chopped eggs, and prepare a snack with garlic mayonnaise. Salad with carrots, cheese, garlic and egg first cool, and only then serve.
Salad from raw carrots with garlic and rusks
