Oatmeal pancakes with kefir and raisins
Ingredients:
- flakes of oatmeal "Hercules" - 2 items;
- kefir - 2 items;
- Butter - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- raisins - 1/2 st .;
- flour - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
- cinnamon - 1 teaspoon;
- vegetable oil - for frying;
- salt - 1 pinch.
For submission:
- powdered sugar - 50 g;
- sour cream - 100 g.
Preparation
It is very convenient to pour the oat flakes with kefir for the night so that in the morning you can pamper the guests with fresh freshly-made snacks. And, the "older" and sour is kefir, the better for the test. Oat-and-kefir leaven must be bubbling up by morning. If this does not happen, we recommend adding half a teaspoon of soda.
So, the flakes in kefir were soaked, the raisins were washed and stewed in boiling water. You can start a dough. First, beat eggs and salt in a lush foam. Then add sugar and cinnamon. Continuing to whisk, pour a thin, trickle melted, but not hot butter. We combine mass with flakes, add raisins and baking powder. We mix it well, gradually introducing a little flour to the desired density of the dough.
Fry the oat pancakes on a well-heated frying pan from two sides to a beautiful golden color. We serve without fail with sour cream, sprinkled, if desired, with powdered sugar.
How to cook lavender pancakes with kefir and raisins?
Ingredients:
- kefir - 2 items;
- flour - 1,5 items;
- sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- apples - 2 pieces;
- raisins - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- soda - 1,5 tsp.
- vegetable oil - for frying;
- salt - 1 pinch.
Preparation
Raisins are washed and poured into boiling water for a few minutes. We peel apples from the peel and core, rubbing on a large grater. In kefir, add soda and mix well with a whisk until it noteps and does not increase significantly in volume. Continuing to work with a whisk, drive in eggs, add sugar and salt. Gradually introduce flour. Dough as a result should resemble very thick sour cream. Flours can go away more or less than indicated in the recipe.
Stir and you can fry our pancakes. Heat the frying pan with butter and spoon, portionwise, spread the dough. We brown one side, turn over and fry on the other. The fire should not be very strong, otherwise our lush pancakes will not have time to be baked from the inside.
