To dry, we put the items on a parchment leaf lined on a platter or a baking sheet, and place it in a cool place.

For the preparation of sweets, we spread the butter in a scoop or a small saucepan, pour in the cream, pour the sugar and stir to make all the sweet crystals disappear. We knead the mass carefully to smoothness and plasticity, and then we place it on a sheet of food film and roll it out to a thickness of about three millimeters. Now mix the soft oil, sugar powder and coconut shavings, apply a uniform layer of the cream over the "dough" and roll up the roll, gradually separating the food film. We wrap the finished product with film from above and place it for freezing in the freezer for about forty minutes.
