For 0.5 kg of pasta, take 400 g of ground meat, 150 grams of mushrooms and cheese, 6 tomatoes and 1 onion. Seasonings include basil, thyme, chili, oregano, garlic and black pepper. You will also need 500 ml of milk, 2 tablespoons of flour 1 tablespoon of butter for a sauce.

Pasta for casserole should be boiled to half-cooked, pour with vegetable oil, so as not to stick together, and keep in a warm place. Minced meat should be fried and add onions with mushrooms. Stew it for 10 minutes, add seasonings and diced tomatoes. Stew out another 5 minutes.

For the sauce, melt the butter and, stirring constantly, add the flour. Immediately pour in the milk, only very slowly and also stirring. Continue stirring, bring to a boil, add black pepper and salt and cook for 2 minutes over low heat. Lay the layers of pasta, minced meat and sauce. Sprinkle the top layer with cheese and seasonings. 30 minutes bake at a temperature of about 200 C.

Recipe for pasta with dry wine

For 400-500 grams of pasta you will need 200 g of minced meat, 150 grams of grated hard cheese, 2 eggs, 2 onions, 50 grams of dry wine, 2 tbsp. l. flour, tomatoes, black pepper and salt to taste.

Cook the pasta, drain the water, add the raw egg and 50 g of cheese.

Fry the chopped onion until golden brown and add the stuffing. Roast almost until ready, add crushed tomatoes, wine, pepper and salt. Put out another 5 minutes.

Yolk, flour and leftover the cheese, so that there are no lumps left.

On the baking sheet lay out layers of pasta and minced meat, pouring each layer of sauce. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes - to melt the cheese, and the casserole is well warmed up. Immediately submit to the table.
