Spinach contains a large amount of protein and vitamins A and C, the latter are preserved to a large extent under temperature effects. Meat or fish, used with spinach, are absorbed by the body much better. This, of course, is not the whole list of useful properties of spinach, but it is quite capable of stirring up the preparation of soup-puree. In our markets, fresh spinach is sold, but if you are not lucky with fresh greens, then for the soup-puree, a frozen product is also quite suitable. We offer several recipes for puree soups with spinach, simple in preparation, containing a minimum of calories and very tasty.
Spinach soup №1
This recipe for spinach soup is considered classic.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1 pc .;
- onion - 1 pc .;
- lemon juice - 1 teaspoon;
- salt - to taste;
- broth chicken - 250-350 ml;
- ginger - 3 cm;
- pepper black ground - to taste;
- spinach frozen - 400 g;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- garlic, finely chopped - 3 denticles.
Preparation
Heat the oil in a saucepan, pour finely chopped garlic, onion and ginger and pass for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Spread the spinach into the pan and add the lemon juice. When the spinach melted, we poured the broth , put the sliced potatoes, let it boil, we reduce the heat and cook for another 10 minutes. We pour the contents of the pan into the bowl of the blender and pee. Pour the liquid back into the pan, salt and pepper, bring to a boil. When serving, you can season the soup with coriander.
Spinach soup №2
Ingredients:
- onion - 2 pcs .;
- spinach (fresh) - 0.5 beam;
- milk - 600 ml;
- water 400 ml;
- butter - 25 g;
- crackers.
Preparation
Spinach and chop finely. Bulb finely chopped and wessed on vegetable oil until golden hue, add the diced potatoes and fry another 5 minutes. We pour in water, let it boil and put spinach, cook for 15 minutes. Then beat the soup with a blender, let it boil again and simmer on a small fire for 5-7 minutes. We serve cream soup with white crackers.
Hungarian soup with spinach
Ingredients:
- spinach - 500 g;
- onions - 2 pcs .;
- butter - 30 g;
- wheat flour - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- bacon - 150g;
- cream - 250 ml.
Preparation
Spinach is boiled and poured in a blender. Onions finely chop and fry in butter, adding flour. We take the water in which spinach was boiled, and we put in it fried onion and spinach puree. Bring to a boil and cook until thickening soup, salt and pepper. Then pour in the cream, stirring constantly, and tumble on a small fire, not letting the liquid boil for 5 minutes. After that we remove from the fire. Bacon fry in a dry frying pan, hard-boiled eggs cut into slices. Serve with slices of chicken egg and fried bacon.
Spinach soup in the multivariate
Ingredients:

- onion - 1 pc .;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- spinach - 400 g;
