From the meat and the peeled bulb, we prepare the ground meat for medium grinding, you can add 1 chicken egg. Season with ground black pepper, slightly add and carefully mix. Lubricate the surface of a slightly heated baking tray and a slice of lard. From the minced meat form round cutlets, substrates (this is very convenient to do with a special ring).

Lightly sprinkle the surface of each cutlet with grated cheese.

Now we act quickly. Peeled potatoes are rubbed on a large grater and on each cutlet we build a "fur coat". Here are the stacks, which we bake in the oven for 35 minutes. We extract the baking sheet, sprinkle each stalk with a mixture of chopped green onions and grated cheese.

For the sauce mix the cream with horseradish and chopped garlic, season with a small amount of mustard and mix. We serve the sauce in a separate bowl. We decorate with branches of greenery. Mushrooms are washed and boiled for 20 minutes. We extract the mushrooms and grind them together with the peeled onion, then mix it all with minced meat, fry it, add eggs and black pepper. If you need a thicker consistency, add a little flour or starch.

From minced meat, we form round cutlets, which we put on a greased baking sheet. Each cutlet is covered with a fur coat: sprinkle with grated cheese, and on top with zucchini, which was rubbed on a large grater.

Bake the stacks in the oven for about half an hour. We extract the baking tray, each grate is covered with grated cheese. You can pour the cans with mayonnaise, previously flavored with garlic. We serve this dish with a warm mushroom broth dressed with chopped herbs. In broth you can put 4-5 home rye rusks. It turned out to be a satisfying and useful two-course dinner.
