Ingredients:
- butter - 45 g;
- white onion - 80 g;
- garlic cloves - 2 pcs .;
- fresh champignons - 480 g;
- flour - 40 g;
- chicken broth - 750 ml;
- milk - 500 ml;
- grated hard cheese - 200 g.
Preparation
Melt the butter and wessed on it crushed white onions. After 3 minutes, add mushrooms to the frying pan and increase the fire. - cream - 120 ml;
- vegetable broth - 750 ml;
- beer - 350 ml;
- 3 kinds of different hard cheese - 1 tbsp. everyone.
Preparation
After melting the butter, we carve on it carrots with onions and garlic, add a mixture of flour and mustard, mix and pour broth. After a few minutes, add cream and beer. When the soup boils, reduce heat and cook vegetables for 8 minutes. We put shrimp, wait for a couple of minutes and start adding grated cheeses, stirring to make them completely melted.
