Puff pastry roll out and cut out large circles. In the center of each circle we put chicken with mushrooms, a handful of grated cheese and pour everything with white sauce. We protect both edges of the circle and lubricate the puff with a beaten egg. We bake puffs for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Potatoes are cleaned and boiled until cooked in salted water. We knead the ready-made tubers with butter until they are mashed. Mix the mashed potatoes with cheese, greens and fried mushrooms.

Puff pastry roll and cut into squares. In the center of each square, put a spoonful of potato filling and turn the edges of the dough with a bag. Lubricate the puffs with a beaten egg, so that after baking they are covered with a delicious golden crust, and then put them on a baking sheet, pre-oiled.

We bake puffs at 190 degrees to ruddy color.
