Ingredients:
- filtered water - 350 ml;
- dry yeast - 1 teaspoon;

Preparation
In a bowl pour warm water, we throw sugar, salt and sifted flour with yeast. We knead a homogeneous liquid dough, cover it with a film and remove it into heat. After an hour, it will increase in volume and small bubbles will appear on the surface. Now, without mixing, carefully take it with a spoon and lay it on the frying pan heated with oil. Fry lean lush fritters on yeast from both sides on a small fire until the golden crust. Then a little drying them on a kitchen towel from excess fat and served warm with liquid honey or any jam ohm!
Fritters on yeast
Ingredients:
- flour - 200 g;
- warm water - 250 ml;
- sugar - 2 tsp.
- carrots - 1 piece;

Preparation

Fritters with apples on yeast
Ingredients:
- apples - 3 pieces;
- flour - 500 g;
- sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- dry yeast - 5 g;
- water - 500 ml;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- vanillin - 1 sachet;
- salt - pinch.
Preparation
The flour is sieved with a fine salt, sugar, dry yeast and vanilla sugar. Apples are washed, wipe dry and rub on a large grater. To the flour mixture, add warm filtered water, vegetable oil and apple mixture. We knead well with a spoon and leave the dough in a warm place. Pour the frying pan, pour a little oil, spread the lean fritters on dry yeast with a tablespoon and fry over medium heat, covering the lid.
