Meat before frying it is desirable to withstand at room temperature, exactly as the ingredients for the marinade. Combining all the marinade ingredients together, immerse the steak in the mixture and leave it for 20 minutes. After a while, fry the meat in a well-heated frying pan for 10-12 minutes. Fry the roasted meat on a dish and barely cover with foil. In case you use a thick cut of meat, like fillet mignon, the steak recipe should be continued in the oven, after roasting the piece until golden brown, for 5-7 minutes at 190 degrees.

The remaining marinade is poured into a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick.
