Chicken in foil

Chicken meat, especially white carcass meat, is incredibly tender and can easily be dried out at the wrong temperature or cooking time. A foil bag can save you from such problems. Baked chicken cooked in foil is actually cooked in its own juice (or in the liquid you have chosen to supplement) and is recruited by the fragrances that you put in the envelope. At the output, the meat turns juicy, even if you are late with time.

Another plus of chicken in foil is that the bird can be cooked right away with the garnish. In this recipe, as the last one, we decided to choose potatoes, and turn the poultry fillets into a roll and cover with bacon.

Chop each chicken fillet along, but not until the end. Open the flesh in the manner of the book and season it on both sides. Lubricate the meat with barbecue sauce and put a mixture of chopped nuts with parsley and garlic into the notch. Cover the filling with the second half of the fillet and roll the chicken into a roll. Wrap meat with strips of bacon and fix with skewers, if necessary.

Divide the potato tubers into smaller slices of arbitrary shape. Spread the potatoes on a sheet of foil, season, sprinkle with oil and lay on top of the fillet in bacon. Wrap the foil in an envelope. Leave the chicken roll in foil at 170 degrees for half an hour.

Divide the chicken fillet into large cubes and season with salt and pepper. Add chicken with ketchup and lay on a sheet of foil. Mix the meat with slices of vegetables: cubes of peeled potatoes and half-rings of sweet pepper. Sprinkle everything with herbs and roll the foil with an envelope. Bake meat for 35 minutes at 190 degrees, then open the edges of the foil and sprinkle the dish with cheese. Leave the latter to completely melt before serving.

By analogy, you can cook a chicken in a foil in a multivark, setting "Baking" for 40 minutes.

How to cook chicken in oven in foil?

Do you want to make a full meal of chicken, but suffer from a lack of time? Then this recipe will be a real salvation for you. Chicken can be baked immediately in a flavored tomato sauce with vegetables and mushrooms, and then served separately or in a garnish company.

Divide the chicken into pieces, sprinkle each with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Distribute chicken, as well as slices of asparagus and mushrooms on four envelopes of foil. At the edges of the meat, spread the pieces of asparagus and mushrooms. Combine the ketchup with chopped garlic, melted butter and basil. Equally divide the sauce between the envelopes and mix well. Connect the edges of the envelope from the foil together and send the bird to prepare. How much to bake a chicken in a foil in the oven depends on the size of the pieces of the bird, on average, at 200 degrees, chicken will be cooked for about 25-30 minutes.

At the very end of cooking, after removing the meat from the oven, leave the chicken meat lying in the envelope for 5-7 minutes, and then serve, sprinkling with greens.
