Do not take cefekon children sensitive to paracetamol. It is forbidden to receive cefekon in the form of candles for children with inflammatory processes or bleeding in the rectum.
Cefekon is used under the supervision of a doctor in the following cases:
- impaired kidney and liver function;
- presence of diseases of the circulatory system (anemia);
- with congenital deficiency of the enzyme glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.

It is forbidden to use cefekon during the application of other drugs containing paracetamol, in order to avoid an overdose.
The simultaneous use of cefecon with chloramphenicol increases the toxic effect of these two drugs.
