The season of one of the most popular summer vegetables is in full swing, but because to once again not to let the zucchini prepare the brewed vegetable stew and pancakes, let's bake them in the oven with meat, fragrant sauces and lots of cheese.

Before cooking zucchini with minced meat in the oven, cut the vegetables in half and extract the core from them. After heating a small amount of butter in a saucepan, let the onions and aubergines be cooked on it until the latter become soft. Add the minced meat to the roasted vegetables and wait for its full readiness. Sprinkle the stuffing for the boats with flour, mix and pour the sauce.
