Some nutritionists are of the opinion that it is better not to combine cucumbers and tomatoes in one salad, if this is true for you, use only one of these ingredients.

Vegetable Greek salad is served well with meat or fish dishes, as well as seafood dishes, which are so characteristic of Greek cuisine. It will also be nice to serve barley bread or flat cakes and table wine (of course, Greek is better, however, other dining rooms will suit, for example, wines from the Balkan countries).
