Ingredients:
- carrots - 1 kg;
- flour - 175 g;
- granulated sugar - 160 g;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- butter - 220 g;
- baking powder - 5 g;

Preparation
Lubricating the bottom and the walls of the multivariate bowl, we proceed to cleaning and slicing carrots. Sliced fruit is poured with water so that it is covered by 4-5 cm. After boiling the liquid, we reduce the fire and cook carrots for about half an hour or until soft. We rub carrots and mix it with flour, sugar, eggs, soft butter and a mixture of soda and baking powder. A pinch of salt will help to highlight the expressed sweetness of the dish.
We shift the mixture for the casserole to the multivark and, setting the "Baking" mode, we prepare it for about 55-60 minutes.
Carrot and apple casserole - recipe
Ingredients:
- carrots - 680 g;
- apples - 430 g;
- flour - 80 g;
- sugar - 60 g;
- nutmeg;
- butter - 40 g;
- orange juice - 120 ml.
Preparation
Cut the carrots into cubes, place it in the container of the device above the boiling water bath. When the carrot comes to half-ready, mix it with slices of apples of the same size and put in a heated bowl with melted butter. Mix the sugar with the nutmeg and flour, sprinkle the base of the casserole with the resulting mixture and pour the orange juice. Switch the device to the "Baking" mode for 45 minutes.
Carrot and pumpkin casserole with rice
Ingredients:
- rice - 160 g;
- milk - 480 ml;
- carrots - 600 g;
- pumpkin - 400 g;
- granulated sugar - 40 g;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- butter - 90 g;
- crackers - 5-6 pieces;
- nutmeg - 4 g.
Preparation
Before preparing the carrot casserole, the washed rice is cooked as usual. Simultaneously we prepare pieces of a pumpkin and a potato on pair and we knead them in mashed potatoes. Eggs beat up, adding sugar and nutmeg with milk. We connect boiled rice with vegetable puree and egg-and-milk mixture, and then move everything into the oiled bowl of the multivark, sprinkle with crumbs of crackers and cover with impregnations of soft butter. After baking, the crumb and oil form a crispy crust.
Carrot-apple casserole will be ready after one hour of cooking in the "Bake" mode.
Carrot casserole with a manga
Ingredients:
- semolina - 130 g;
- Chili and turmeric - 3 g each;
- green peas - 50 g;
- carrots - 130 g;
- white onions - 60 g;
- grated ginger;
- chilli;
- yoghurt - 240 ml;
- vegetable oil - 20 ml;
- water 120 ml;
- soda - 4 g;
- sesame seeds.
Preparation
