To realize this recipe, the washed and dried meat is cut into pieces and placed into a vegetable oil heated in a pan without any flavor. After all the slices of the turkey will have an appetizing blush, add the onion cut into half rings and after five to seven minutes add the sour cream, hot broth or water, season the contents of the container with salt, pepper and cook, stirring periodically, for another ten minutes. Next, we combine meat with a mixture of Italian herbs, finely chopped garlic cloves and herbs and let it brew under the lid for five minutes.

An amazing dish from roast turkey was shared with us by the Italians. To make it, cut turkey fillets into thin plates, salt and pepper them, then immediately send them to a frying pan with warm vegetable oil and brown them from two sides until ready. Slices of ciabatta are cut into two transverse parts. One of them is blended mixed with aromatic dry herbs, soft cheese, and another cranberry sauce. Also on one of the bread pieces lay the roast turkey and the rings of the red onion and cover with the second piece. Now you need to prepare sandwiches warmed from two sides in a grill pan or in a sandwich. It turns out incredibly delicious and amazingly delicious.
