On the surface of the chopped fillet lay the pieces of bacon, and from the edge we put a piece of cheese, wrap it and fix it with a toothpick. Dip breast into eggs, and then roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in a large amount of vegetable oil until golden brown. Serve with ketchup or mustard.

Before preparing a stuffed chicken breast, we make a filling for them. For this we let in the frying pan fresh spinach with salt and pepper literally 1-2 minutes. We cut the cheese into rectangular cubes. We make a pocket in the chicken fillet, in which we lay our cheese-spinach stuffing, fix everything with toothpicks. Fold the breasts with salt and pepper and fry in olive oil until golden brown, and after baking in the oven at 180 degrees 12-15 minutes. We remove the breast from the baking tray and put the latter on the stove, pour the wine into it and wait for 2/3 to evaporate, then add the broth and keep the mixture on low heat for 8-10 minutes. For the density, add butter, and for taste - salt and pepper. Pour the resulting mass of our dish. Serve the breasts in sauce with a side dish of baked potatoes or rice.
