Ingredients:
- chicken breasts (halves without skin) - 2 pcs .;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- bacon - 4 slices;
- egg - 1 piece;
- bread crumbs, salt, pepper.
Preparation
Chicken breasts cut lengthwise into half and beat well to a thickness of 0.5 centimeters. On the surface of the chopped fillet lay the pieces of bacon, and from the edge we put a piece of cheese, wrap it and fix it with a toothpick. Dip breast into eggs, and then roll in breadcrumbs.
