Braised pork ribs - a recipe for cooking with honey

When heated in a cast-iron or any other frying pan with a thick bottom, add the honey, stir well, and when it starts to boil, we fill the pork ribs prepared in a row in a row in advance. After receiving a beautiful rouge from all sides we shift them to the cauldron, and in the frying pan spread the subsequent portion and also fry. Next, pour the fried pork ribs with boiling broth, reduce the intensity of fire and let the meat under the lid to softness, which we check by puncturing the toothpick.

In the same oil, we pass the semi-rings of the previously cleaned and chopped onion and spread out in thirty minutes to the languishing ribs. At the same time, we add chopped small-sized apples, after cleaning them from skins and cores, we throw salt and ground black pepper. When the ribs are ready, pour in the cream, warm the dish to a boil and pat it until the sauce thickens. If you want to get the sauce even thicker, you can add to it a half tablespoons of flour, pre-frying it in a dry frying pan.

For the marinade, we combine in a separate vessel the vegetable refined oil, soy sauce, liquid honey, garlic pasted through the press and ground black pepper. You can also add any spices to your choice and taste. Soak in the resulting mixture pre-washed, dried and cut into portions of pork ribs for about two hours.

In a separate bowl we mix olive oil, flower honey, soy sauce, grated ginger and juice of half a lemon and pour out to the meat. Stir it well and give a promarinate for three hours.

We spread the ribs marinated in sweet and sour sauce on a baking sheet lined with parchment, place them on the middle level of the oven and bake for thirty to forty minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
