Throw spice to taste, cover it with a lid and let it simmer for minimum 10 minutes. Separately boil the pasta and put them into cooked creamy sauce. Stir, extinguish 5 minutes, and then lay out the pasta on plates and sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped greens.

Pasta pre-boil in boiling water, and then throw in a colander and thoroughly washed. Chanterelles are processed, large mushrooms are cut in half and fried in olive oil. The bulb is cleaned, cut into cubes and added to the mushrooms.

In the saucepan we prepare sauce for pasta: we break a chicken egg, add sour cream, we throw grated cheese, spices and carefully mix everything.

In the frying pan pour a little oil, spread the paste, add the vegetable roast and pour the sauce. Warm up to boil, and then throw chopped greens and thyme. We spread the pasta with chanterelles in sour cream on plates and serve the dish to the table.

Bulb and garlic is cleaned, finely chopped and fried in a saucepan on olive oil until golden brown. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and add the meat to the roast. Passer all together for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Next, throw the processed chanterelles and languish on a weak fire until soft. In parallel with this, boil in the salted water paste and discard it in a colander. In the saucepan pour the cream, throw the spices, stir and warm 2-3 minutes on a slow fire. Immediately add the pasta, stir and spread the pasta with chanterelles and chicken on plates, sprinkling each serving with grated cheese.
