In slightly warmed milk, let's brew yeast and sugar, add a spoonful of other flour, stir and place a bowl in the heat for about 20 minutes. Add the sifted flour to the apricot that has come up. You can include in the test 1 egg, slightly increasing the amount of flour. Knead the dough with your hands (lubricate them with oil) or a mixer with a spiral nozzle. Carefully having mixed the dough, we place it in a working container, cover with a towel and - in heat. After half an hour we knead the dough and mix it with our hands, and again we send them to the heat. After repeated blurring and mixing, you can build a pie.

While the dough fits and rasstvaivaetsya, cook potatoes, cut into oblong thin slices almost until ready (that is, for 12-15 minutes), then drain the water. Fish cut into small cubes or strips. We chop the greens.
