Then we put in the finished meat peeled and husked small onion. Mix everything and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat with the lid open. Then pour 100 ml of pomegranate juice into the pan, mix it with meat and turn off the fire. Cover the dish with a lid and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.
