Salad of green beans

Young green beans are not only much more useful than ordinary beans, but are also more easily assimilated by the human body. Boil the young beans until ready and let us discard the colander. Garlic and greens chopped finely. All the prepared ingredients are mixed in a salad bowl. This salad is an excellent snack for vodka and other strong drinks of the northern type. If you want to get a more satisfying version of the dish, you can add boiled rice and chopped hard-boiled eggs to it. You can add boiled meat.

If you want to give the salad from the young green beans an oriental hue, use sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, lime juice, red hot pepper, as well as other spices and national sauces in various arbitrary combinations for refueling.

To give the Latin American shade, as a dressing, you can use not too thick sour cream, richly flavored with hot red pepper (maybe even different varieties), coriander and garlic.
