In the enameled scoop, first mix cocoa powder, as well as vanilla or cinnamon with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, then add 3 tbsp. spoons of water, rum. Preheat, stir, trying to dissolve the sugar completely. It is better to do this again in a water bath. When the sugar has dissolved, and the chocolate mixture is slightly cooled, add 2-3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream and as much gelatinous solution.

Mix 2. Mix sour cream with the remaining powdered sugar, lightly and briefly beaten with a mixer, pour in a gelatin solution and gently mix.

Fill the form for jelly or kremanki sour mixture and chocolate pouring from different sides. Beautifully mix it with a spoon, for example, so that a spiral pattern turns out, or as you like. You can sprinkle with grated chocolate. We place the forms in the cold. After a while everything will freeze and our dessert is ready.

To make this wonderful delicacy easier, use a mixture of unsweetened live yogurt with an estimate in an approximate ratio of 1: 1. To achieve a particularly delicate texture, make a mixture of sour cream, yogurt and natural milk cream in approximately equal parts.

To sour cream jelly "Zebra" you can, except for coffee or tea, serve a glass of chocolate or coffee liquor , or dark rum.

Soak gelatin in a glass of water.

Mix 30 ml of water with the same amount of liquor and add the powdered sugar. Preheat and mix to dissolve the sugar. We combine this mixture with sour cream and cottage cheese. Pour the gelatin solution. All carefully mix (you can mixer, just not for long). But the bottom of every shape or knot pour a little of the resulting mixture and put in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. From the top, put the smallest pieces of fruit, bananas, kiwi, oranges on top of the first layer and fill the remaining sour cream cheese-gelatin mass. We place the molds in the cold to surely solidify. We serve this wonderful fruit dessert with tea, carcade, rooibos and fruit liqueur.
