Stuffed pasta in the oven

Many culinary experts already know that there are special types of pasta (that is, pasta) for stuffing. This is Canneloni (in the form of short tubes) and Conquelioni (in the form of shells). Usually stuffed pasta is boiled in boiling water or cooked for a couple, you can cook them in the oven. One of the most popular options - pasta stuffed with minced meat, baked in the oven, with cheese or sauce.

Mince the sour cream, pepper and mix thoroughly (you can add an egg). We will stuff the non-welded shells and put them aside for a while.

Prepare a vegetable mixture of tomatoes, sweet peppers, hot peppers, garlic and some greens with a blender. Dilute with water to the consistency of yogurt.

Medium-sized baking tray with a pronounced bump grease with vegetable oil. Lay the stuffed shells open side up. Fill with a vegetable mixture and place it in a preheated oven. If necessary, pour a little water. Bake at medium temperature for 25-30 minutes. If you want, you can sprinkle with grated cheese 5 minutes before ready (ideally Parmesan). It should be slightly melted. Ready- to- serve pasta with minced meat , decorated with greens with table wine.

Stuffed pasta-buns baked in the oven

You can prepare the tubes in the same way as the shells (see above), but you can make cheese curd cheese for them.

Canneloni cook in boiling water with the addition of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil for 4-5 minutes or more. We put it back in a colander and spread it on the towel.

Cottage cheese is mixed with half the crushed greenery, garlic and egg yolk. Fill this cannelloni filling.

We will oil the form and lay out the stuffed cannelloni. Fill with a mixture of cream and wine. Let's put the bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with greenery. You can sprinkle with grated cheese.

To pasta stuffed with cheese fillings (in this case, curd), it is better to serve light table wines.
