Ingredients:
- carrots - 3 pieces;
- rice - 180 g;
- raw soy meat - 50 g;

- olive oil - 75 ml.
Preparation
- Pour the washed rice in advance with water and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Soymilk is placed in a bowl, filled with hot water and left for 10 minutes.
- Grind onions with carrots in any convenient way.
- In the frying pan pour olive oil, put the spices, turmeric and give the oil to warm up well. Passer in it onions and carrots.
- With soy meat, water is drained. We send it to a frying pan with hot oil and fry for about 10 minutes.
- In a deep frying pan or cauldron we combine all the ingredients: boiled rice, soy meat, vegetables, pour in soy sauce and mix thoroughly. We let the dish soak on the stove for another 7 minutes, and then we turn off the fire.
Soy meat salad - recipe
Ingredients:
- minced soybean dry - 50 g;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- green peas - 5 tbsp. spoons;
- cucumbers - 2 pieces;
- potatoes - 5 pcs .;
- ham - 50 g;
- carrots of medium size - 2 pcs .;
- greenery;
- mayonnaise - 40 g.
Preparation
- Potatoes, eggs and carrots boil, clean and crush small cubes.
- Add the boiled soy beans, green peas, chopped ham, cucumbers, cooked to the ready and squeezed from excess liquid. All this is salted, add spices, lemon juice, mustard and parsley.
- Season the salad with mayonnaise, stir again. Let's bother for at least an hour and serve.
Meat in soy sauce - a recipe in a frying pan
Ingredients:
- soy meat - 500 g;
- onion - 300 g;
- salt - a pinch;
- paprika powder - pinch;
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- white wine vinegar - 30 ml;
- vegetable oil - 60 ml.
Preparation
- Cut the meat with tarry paprika, a little podsalivaem, mix and 5 minutes let stand. Then we put it in a frying pan with the heated oil and stirring, frying for about 5 minutes, we cover the frying pan with a lid, the fire is diminished.
- In the meantime shinkle the semicircles onions. After about 20 minutes, pour 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar, soy sauce. All this is well stirred, covered with a lid and fry for another 3 minutes.
- Then we spread the onions, fry for another 3 minutes, sometimes stirring, until the ray is golden.
- Ready dish is served immediately in a hot form with the addition of a favorite garnish.
Goulash made from soy meat - recipe
Ingredients:
- soy meat - 100 g;
- vegetable oil - 50 ml;
- onions and carrots - 1 pc .;
- lemon juice and mustard - 1 tbsp. spoon;
- pepper;
- mayonnaise - 30 g;
- sour cream - 40 g;
- water 80 ml;
- salt.
Preparation
- Soy meat pour 1 liter of boiling water and cook for 20 minutes. Then we throw it into the colander and squeeze it. At will, each piece is cut into 2 parts.
- Pieces of meat put in a bowl, pour with lemon juice, put mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper. Stir and leave for 30 minutes.
- Grind the onions and carrots.
- We heat the oil, fry in it vegetables and soy meat, stirring, about 10 minutes.
