Thermolifting

Thermolifting is a thermal effect on the skin, which raises the temperature of its deep layers. Due to this, activation of fibroblasts in the subcutaneous connective tissue takes place, which leads to the renewal of collagen molecules and an increase in the synthesis of elastin. In addition, the effect of thermolifting continues to increase gradually and is to increase the concentration and production of hyaluronic acid.

Types of procedure:

  1. Infrared thermolifting (IR). It is the direct heating of the skin with the help of infrared rays. Because of the small depth of penetration into the skin (only up to 5 mm), this method only has the effect of accelerating skin renewal processes and improving blood circulation, if necessary. IR-thermolifting is best suited for correction of skin relief mainly at a young age - up to 35 years.
  2. Deep laser thermolifting (IPL). A sufficiently powerful thermal action is provided by the depth of penetration of the laser beam over a distance of up to 9 mm. This helps to get rid of such serious defects as the second chin and strong age-related skin sagging. In addition, IPL-thermolifting is suitable not only for the face, but also for visible body correction.
  3. Radio frequency thermolift or radio wave (RF). It allows to affect even very deep layers of the skin (hypodermis) up to 4 cm. RF-thermolifting is performed by fixing several electrodes on the skin, whose magnetic field exerts resistance when passing a radio wave. This provides heating to a temperature of 39 degrees and a high activation of fibroblasts.

Thermolifting at home

You can independently carry out the procedure at home in three ways:

  1. Using a mini device for thermolifting. It can be purchased at specialized stores or medical institutions.
  2. With the help of self-massage. It should be done with a moisturizer, preferably with a hyaluronic acid content. After an intensive massage and patting the problem areas, hot cotton swabs should be applied to the treated areas.
  3. Use thermolift cream. It must be applied twice a day for several months to obtain a result.
