In the meantime, we are preparing vegetables: potatoes cut into small pieces, finely chop the onions, and carrots three on a grater. Ready meat is taken from the broth, and the potatoes are sent to cook. After 10 minutes, add the beans. Fry the carrots with vegetable oil and then add the onions and fry for another 5 minutes. Lastly, put the sweet pepper cut into strips, blanch for another 3 minutes and turn it off. We add vermicelli to the soup. Now we separate the meat from the bones, tear it through the fibers. When the potatoes in the soup are ready, we spread the meat, let the liquids boil again and add the roast. Salt, pepper add to taste. Chicken soup with vermicelli and beans is ready. We let it brew for 15 minutes under a closed lid and can be served to the table.
