In our time, cherry is available all year round: in summer it can be seen in the abundance on the shelves of the markets in fresh form, and in the winter - it is bought carefully by the frozen producer. Is this not a good reason to experiment and enjoy baking with cherries?
Chocolate biscuit cake with cherries
Ingredients:
For the pie:
- butter - 110 g;
- Guinness beer 125 ml;
- flour - 130 g;
- cocoa powder 70 g;
- egg - 1 piece;
- baking powder - 5 g;
- sugar - 160 g;
- sour cream - 50 g;
- cherries without pits - 140 g.
For cream:
- cream cheese - 250 g;
- butter - 85 g;
- powdered sugar - 65 g.
Preparation
While the oven warms up to 180 degrees, cover with oil 18 cm shape.
Melt butter for biscuit and whisk with beer. Separately, combine all the dry ingredients, except sugar, the latter should be mixed with the egg. In the oil-beer mixture add sour cream, eggs and sprinkle dry ingredients. Take 2/3 of all the cherries and add them to the dough, the rest let them stay for the decor.
Pour the dough into the selected form and bake for 40 minutes.
Whip all the ingredients necessary for the cream and cover the top of the cooled biscuit with the mixture obtained. Finish the treat with cherries.
Simple pie made of puff pastry with frozen cherries
Ingredients:
- sheet puff pastry ;
- frozen cherry - 1 1/2 items;
- sugar - 35 g;
- starch - 5 g;
- lemon juice - 25 ml;
- cream cheese - 65 g;
- powdered sugar - 30 g;
- black chocolate - 45 g.
Preparation
Peel the cherries and put them in a saucepan and sprinkle with starch and sugar. Pour the berries with lemon juice and simmer on the fire until all the liquid thickens. Roll out the dough and oil its surface with cream-cheese, beaten with sugar. Layer of the cream, cover with damp berries and send everything in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Ready to bake with cherries can be poured with chocolate.
Pouring cake with cherries
Ingredients:
- cherry jam - 240 ml;
- flour - 310 g;
- soda - 7 g;
- instant coffee - 7 g;
- cocoa powder - 15 g;
- kefir - 245 ml;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- sugar - 130 g;
- sour cream - 120 ml.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on duty. Eat a couple of eggs with sugar and pour into a dry mixture of flour, cocoa, coffee and soda.
