Let's start with the filling. Cottage cheese is mixed with fermented milk and sugar, put the mixture on the stove and weigl the hour over a slow fire. For rice filling, the croup is boiled and mixed with crushed boiled eggs and raisins. Mince podsalivayem and fry with onions until ready.
