Next we introduce carrots here, mix everything with a spoon and get a dough. About 40 minutes we bake a carrot cake in the form with non-stick coating at 175 degrees in an already heated oven.

Standing for about half an hour, cream cheese and butter are combined in one container, add to them sifted sugar powder, citrus liqueur and whisk all the connected ingredients with a hand mixer until uniform. In the flour of the highest grade, add flavored cinnamon, roasted ground hazelnut, baking powder and evenly mix everything. Wet the carrot with a small piece of straw rubbed on a grater and move it into a bowl with the combined ingredients. Sugar with fresh eggs for 4-5 minutes beat the mixer. We put everything into a common mixture, add the melted butter and mix the egg mass from the bottom up and mix it gently. For two identical round shapes, we evenly distribute the dough and bake our cakes for half an hour cake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.

In the same way, as for the dough, rub the carrots for jam. Spread it in a saucepan with a thick bottom of stainless steel, fall asleep with sugar, rub the lemon zest and, cutting it, squeeze out the juice here. In the weak fire mode we have jam for 20-25 minutes.
