Preparation

Ingredients:

- flour - 0,5 kg;
- Milk - 0.5 liters;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- walnuts - 100 g;
- salt.
For cream:
- mascarpone - 0,5 kg;
- yolks - 4 pieces;
- sugar - 200 g;
- Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet.
Preparation
We make a pancake batter: mix the sifted flour with sugar and salt, add beaten eggs, pour in vegetable oil and milk. We mix everything thoroughly, add crushed walnuts and mix again. Let the dough stand for 15 minutes. On a well-heated frying pan, bake pancakes. Now we make the cream: yolks we rub with sugar and vanilla sugar white-hot. Spread mascarpone and mix. Each pancake grease the resulting cream and add to each other, forming a cake. Boka and top are also coated with cream and sprinkled with crumbled nuts. We send the cake to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Strawberry cake with cheese "Mascarpone"
Ingredients:
- flour - 1 glass;
- cream of 33% fat content - 150 g;
- mascarpone cheese - 0,5 kg;
- Strawberry - 800 g;
- salt - a pinch;
- butter - 100 g;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- powdered sugar.
Preparation
In the sauté pan, pour in water, add salt and butter. We pour the sifted flour, stirring constantly. Fire reduce and prepare, constantly stirring, until the mass becomes homogeneous. Remove it from the fire and let it cool down. Separately, beat the eggs and gradually pour into the dough, continuing to interfere. From the parchment we cut out circles with a diameter of 25 cm. We need to make 10-12 such circles. We put the dough on paper with a thin layer.
The oven is heated to 180 degrees and we send the prepared circles for 8 minutes. Then take it out and let it cool down. Beat mascarpone with powdered sugar and cream. Strawberries are mine, dried and sliced. Each cake is smeared with cream and sandwiched with strawberries. We send the cake to the refrigerator for 2 hours, then sprinkle it with sugar powder before serving.
Chocolate cake with cheese "Mascarpone"
Ingredients:
- flour - 350 g;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- condensed milk - 200 g;
- sour cream - 1 glass;
- baking powder for baking - 1 teaspoon;
- cocoa - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- mascarpone - 0,5 kg;
- sugar - 250 g.
Preparation
Beat eggs with sugar, add sour cream, condensed milk and whisk again. Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa. Pour the resulting dry mixture into a liquid mass and gently stir with a spoon. Put the dough in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. We lubricate the cup of the multivarka, spread the dough and prepare the program "Baking" for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Ready cake is allowed to cool, then cut it into 3 parts and grease the resulting cakes with cheese.
