While the oven warms up to 155 degrees, use a blender to crush crackers with nuts into crumbs. Combine the crumb with oil and tamp on the bottom and the walls of the selected shape.

Melt the chocolate. Whip the cream cheese with the sugar and add the eggs without stopping the mixer. Pour in sour cream and white chocolate, also whisking.

Pour the resulting mixture over the cracker base and place the dish in the oven for 55 minutes.
